At Margo Selby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our woven textiles and accessories. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original condition and packaging, ensuring that all tags remain attached and the product is securely protected.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return back to our studio using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-10 working days.
